At Nourishing Bowl, we take the utmost care to ensure your meals arrive fresh, safe and ready to enjoy.

Delivery Service
We offer next day chilled delivery nationwide for a flat rate of £12.99. Your meals are carefully sealed and packaged with ice packs to maintain freshness throughout transit.
Packaging for Freshness
All trays are BPA free, oven safe, microwave safe and freezer safe. Each one is sealed with a high quality protective film to prevent leaks, avoid contamination and retain heat when reheated. Meals are placed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them at a safe temperature.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as meals must be refrigerated upon arrival. Meals should be consumed within 2–3 days of delivery or frozen for up to 1 month.

We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you are in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
